  • Promote sales to existing client and identify potential customers and visit at customer’s enterprise.

  • Sales through internet base, trade portals inquiry and lead generation. Implement communication strategies, by emails communicate with domestic buyer as well as international buyer .

  • Quotations and negotiation, order finalization, delivery and techno-commercial terms management. As well as Payment collection and key account management through the systems.

  • Initiate market research studies and analyze their findings, assist in product development..

  • Exhibition management, budgeting, design, marketing and branding strategy. Identifying potentiality from visitors, professional approach and further communications.

  • Quality related problem solving after completing the process i.e. ordered parameters, ensuring with production quality, samples verification, and physical material checking through avail sources.

  • Involvement In financial matter during or after completion the transaction i.e. invoice issue, credit – debit note, payment collection, LC terms verification and modifications if required.

  • Inquiry follow-ups and cold calling, initiate on local inquiries.

  • Business inquiry through online paid portals, website, directories, existing customers, social media etc.

  • Maintain daily records, filing and customer’s account management i.e. creating account, verifying, periodically update the details etc.

  • Back office support to the executive and the management by providing all necessary details, samples and accessories etc. 

  • Periodically send Greetings, flyers and invitation for events in order keeps them in connection.

ONLINE MARKETING CAMPAIGN

  • Manage Active membership in top rated business platform i.e. Indiamart, Trade India, Exporter India.

  • Profile management in Trade Portals, modernizing, lead generation, inquiry data management,

  • Product & company’s branding by mass mailing, flyers and greetings through mailing software.

  • Content writing on Website and social media in order to promote business.

OFF-LINE MARKETING CAMPAIGN

  • Participation and management of Trade fair; successfully mange 2 Trade fair independently & 1 up-coming in January 2021.  

    • 17 to 20 January, 2019     Plexpo India – Mumbai, IN.

    • 09 to 13 February, 2020   Plastivision – Mumbai, IN.

  • End to end trade fair management including, budgeting, Negotiation and finalize order with Exhibitors as well as Stall designer.

  • Selection and modification stall design according to products in order to get attentions of visitors.    

  • Ensure necessary requirements at stall i.e. Product display, banner, flyer, catalogue broachers, meeting arrangement etc.  Marketing & branding strategy, live force management, greetings, and records keeping, follow-ups etc.

  • At the end to ensure to clear receivable or payable accounts of third party service providers.

PROCUREMENT PROFILE

  • Execute active purchase requisition on daily basis.

  • Monthly procurement planning and execution by gathering monthly minimum requirements of raw material, packing and printing item from PPC head.

  • Inquiring for R.F.Q., comparison and negotiation for at least 3 vendors, purchase order finalizing with negotiated price and commercial terms.

  • Ensure timely delivery by continues tracking with order status; transit time and regular follow-ups with transporter to avoid late delivery by so and so reason.

  • Regular follow-ups with Store dept. for inward material, QC for quality of Raw Material and Finance for supplier’s payment.

  • Worked on daily basis active purchase requisitions.

  • Active from RFQ to Negotiation in price and commercial terms, Purchase Order, Delivery schedule till supplier’s payment.

  • Deal with supplier’s if material rejected or to be replaced due to quality issue. Also deal with them if there’s any payment related issues.

  • New Vendor registration, evolution and development by helping them in order to provide best quality at competitive price with timely delivery.
